Merely some of what I had the past two weeks

So, I was busy the past two weeks. Stressed, busy, irritated, etc. I took pictures of mostly the usuals. What's not pictured are the more uncommon dishes. Oh, well... I don't have time to give details.




























But anyway, I went to a show last night. It was fun until Mos Def dishearteningly shattered my expectations. Everyone else was really good though.

Stressful/Rushed Day...

Breakfast:
Light Silk Chocolate Soymilk


Lunch:
Tazo's Chicken Caesar Wrap with a wheat tortilla (yum!)
Water


Dinner:
Surprise, surprise.....
Brinner:
2 cage-free brown eggs over easy
over toasted whole wheat English muffins
sprinkled with ~1 tablespoon of Trader Joe's crumbled feta with Mediterranean herbs

1 toasted Trader Joe's whole wheat tandoori naan
with Trader Joe's hummus quartet

Trader Joe's apple juice


Dessert:
~3 Trader Joe's Way More Chocolate Chips Cookies

1 Trader Joe's strawberry (not shown)


Tea Time:
Yamamotoyama's Green Tea with Roasted Brown Rice (mmm! the one everyone loves back home)


How I Felt at the End of the Day: stressed, but content with the yummy tea
Physical Activity of the Day: nada, I was running errands the whole day.

Happy Easter!

Breakfast:
Light Silk Chocolate Soymilk


Lunch:
2 cage-free brown eggs over easy
over whole wheat English muffins
sprinkled with Trader Joe's crumbled feta with Mediterranean herbs and dried parsley

1 Trader Joe's whole wheat tandoori naan
with Trader Joe's Hummus quartet (regular hummus, roasted garlic hummus, tomato basil hummus, spicy hummus)

Water with Airborne


Dinner:
Trader Joe's American Salad
with 4 Trader Joe's cherry tomatoes
~1.5 tablespoons of Trader Joe's crumbled feta with Mediterranean herbs
~ 1.5 teaspoons of Trader Joe's Caesar dressing (no egg, no anchovies)

Sandwich:
Light 100% whole wheat bread
3 thin slices of Foster Farm's turkey
1 slice of Sargento's pepperjack cheese
~1 tablespoon of Trader Joe's roasted garlic hummus

Water

Post-Studying Annex Study Hours:
~10 Trader Joe's Wisecracker rosemary and garlic crackers
with Trader Joe's Spanish Iberico cheese (aged 4 months . . . I wish they had the one that was aged 6 months again. . .)

1 glass of Merryvale Starmont's Caberet Sauvignon 2005, Napa Valley

And of course . . .:
Lupicia's Ripe Mango Green Tea!!!

How I felt at the end of the day: sleepy, but content with having a productive day
Physical Activity of the Day: =[ still being fat. Maybe on Wednesday, but let's hope I'll find some time sooner than that.

Yesterday's Meals

Breakfast:
Toast (Light 100% Whole Wheat) with the thinnest slice of Trader Joe's Unsalted Butter
Yoplait Peach Yogurt (yum!)
Light Silk Chocolate Soymilk


Lunch:
Trader Joe's Chicken Salad
Water

Dinner:

Stir Fry with shrimp, minced garlic, green beans, green bell peppers, white onions, green onions
(made with Trade Joe's EVOO and spicy garlic sauce)
~1/2 cup of rice with Thai Red Curry (made with Thai Red Curry paste and coconut milk)

Water
2 glasses of Moscato


Night Out:

1 Trader Joe's chocolate chip cookie

~1/2 Kyoto Sushi's tempura appetizer
1 sake bomb
Sapporo

Slide Lounge's vodka and soda

How I felt at the end of the Day: tired and cold, but content I had some tasty food today. The tempura was excessive though.
Physical Activity of the Day: lazy dancing. I would've gotten more into it, if the music were better and if the place weren't get so crowded. There were some really odd people at the lounge. It seemed as if people were dancing to different music.

How I felt at the end of the Day: super tired and sleepy.
Physical Activity of the Day: none =[ this is no good. I hope my cough disappears soon. I want to ride since it's so gorgeous and sunny in SF right now!
