Dinner: 1/2 lean cuisine's lasagna (not pictured), shabu - goma, ponzu, beef, fish balls, some greens, green onions, spanish rice
Dessert: Porto's cheese roll. don't judge me.
Mood: blah. I feel stupid.Physical Activity: supine/standing/walking TVAs, standing hip abd (glut med), hip flexor stretches, lat stretches, hams stretches. lunges, very simple plyo. I thought about going to the gym, but it didn't happen. I. am. fat.
