Today's Meals/Snack

Breakfast:

~2 cups of Kellogg's Special K berries cereal with ~1.5 cups of Silk Soymilk

Lunch:
Trader Joe's salad with Trader Joe's Caesar dressing

sandwich:
slightly toasted light whole wheat bread
3 thin slices of Foster Farms turkey
1 slice of Sargento pepperjack cheese

2 of Parisa's cookies

Water

Mid-day Snack:
Trader Joe's organic baby carrots with organic buttermilk ranch
Water

Dinner:
Trader Joe's American salad with Trader Joe's Caesar dressing

2 Trader Joe's vegetable samosas

13 Costco frozen raw shrimp
made with 1 huge minced garlic clove from Trader Joe's
~1/10 chopped white onions from Safeway
ground cumin
ground cayenne pepper
chili pepper powder
dried parsley
(made with EVOO)

Trader Joe's tandoori naan

Water with Airborne

Feelings after dinner: satisfactorily full, but my salads don't look good in pictures, maybe I'll add some cherry tomatoes in them... mmmm....
Physical Activity: none, if anything... walking around Target and Safeway.... I know... weeeaakkkk. I'll bike around tomorrow.

chicken a la king (sp?)
2 pieces of toast with butter & grape jam
